Durante mi experiencia en Grefusa, he participado activamente en iniciativas clave relacionadas con la transformación digital de la empresa. Mi trabajo consiste en contribuir en la organización y explotación  de datos, automatización de procesos, y mejora de la comunicación interna y externa.

📊 Functions in the Business Intelligence (BI) area

  • Design and improvement of dashboards for different departments
  • Process automation through workflows Power Automate
  • Creating new reports and defining KPIs key
  • Incident management through the system ticketing Service Desk, supporting analytical and reporting needs
